NPA Helpline for Banks

The 'NPA-Helpline' service is launched by a renowned and seasoned Banker, Mr. Shakti Kumar Jain, 

He learned Banking while with State Bank of India for 35 years, served at SAM Branches during the last decade of his service with the Bank.  SAM Branch is the specialized vertical in State bank of India, where the hard recovery action is initiated against the NPA and written off (AUCA) accounts.  This hard recovery action includes, filing of loan recovery cases in NPA accounts against the defaulters in DRT (Debt Recovery Tribunal), initiating action under the Sarfaesi Act for taking possession of the mortgaged properties and filing criminal complaints u/s 138 Negotiable Instruments Act, declaring of wilful defaulters, engaging private detectives, Forensic Auditors or declaring wilful defaulters or non-cooperative borrowers and filing complaints against loan defaulters with police (EoW) or with CBI (Central Bureau of Investigation).

Mr. Jain got retirement at the age of 56, and then established a unique NPA Resolution & Consultation Service in 2015 years in the name of 'NPA Doctor'.  He successfully protected and resolved the NPA cases of many NPA  borrowers.

Now, he is master in both sides of the game, how to attack the defaulters and how the Companies manage to obstruct the recovery process initiated by the Banks for recovery of NPA Loans.

But, many companies make abuse of the process of law to syphon off the public money and in the process, many a innocent Bank officials are put to undue harrssment by way of departmental equiries and criminal cases being filed against them for violation of law by the NPA borrowers.

Mr. Jain has acquired this super-specialized knowledge by extra-ordinary commitment towards the recovery of NPA accounts while serving in SAM Branch in the largest Bank (SBI) of the country and again when he defended the NPA Companies from the coercive action of the Banks and paved a way for compromised settlement of   there loan accounts.  

Mr. Jain has now launched the NPA Helpline to bestow the benefit of this super-specialized legal, procedural and strategical  knowledge to the Banks enabling them to break the firewalls of the cunning defaulters and to defend the innocent Bank Officers facing hardship in initiating recovery measures in the hardcore NPA accounts.
