Fraudulent Sale of Mortgaged Property

Some  miscreants fraudulently sell the mortgaged properties and even hand over the physical possession to the buyers.  Coming to know the fraudulent transaction, the Banks initiate action under the Sarfaesi Act or other Civil / criminal Laws.  It is the innocent buyer who comes under the stress even after investing the money.

There are numerous examples where the mortgaged land was sold by one or the other way by be-fooling the Banks and the buyers as well.
